NCR Hands Over Plastic Packaging Waste from the How to Dump: Sort, Swap & Earn Points
NCR Hands Over Plastic Packaging Waste from the "How to Dump - Sort, Swap & Earn Points" Project, Advancing Sustainable Waste Management Practices.
On September 16, 2026, representatives of the WeProtect project from N.C.R. Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. handed over plastic packaging waste—including plastic bottles, plastic cups, and plastic bags gathered through employee waste-sorting efforts under the "How to Dump - Sort, Swap & Earn Points" project—to the Environment Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (Giant Swing), to be channeled into recycling processes and transformed into reusable products.
This initiative reflects NCR’s commitment to promoting responsible waste management by focusing on adding value to waste materials, reducing the volume of waste destined for disposal, and maximizing resource efficiency, while instilling environmental consciousness among employees to collectively drive the organization toward sustainable operations.
